Orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment has been processed.*

USPS Priority 5-7 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 business days. 

Online orders are also available for in-store pickup. Please email info@chaletcosmetics.com to choose your location and schedule a pickup. 

International Delivery may be subject to a customs charge determined by the country to which the package is shipped. Please check with you local postal service regarding customs charges prior to ordering. 

We will use USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.  

All orders are shipped using recycled, eco-friendly materials

Orders are shipped Monday thru Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. (Please note, Sunday is not counted as a business day). 

Undeliverable packages including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery will be returned to Chalet and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee that will be subtracted from any refund. 

Orders placed on Sunday are processed by end of day Monday. Orders received after 2 PM Central Time are processed the following business day. 

For faster delivery, Priority Mail Express Shipping is available and rates are charged to the customer. International orders are not subject to free shipping and rates and fees are charged to the customer. 

Chalet Cosmetics is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, transportation failures, labor strikes or acts of nature. 

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email within one business day of processing.

We will provide a tracking number and notify you via email as soon as your order has shipped!

In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, Chalet Cosmetics will be closed on the following days of the 2017 calendar: January 2, May 29, July 4, September 4, November 23, and December 25. 

 

 

Refund policy is 30 day money back guarantee:  If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. For authorization to process a return, please call (210)829-7700. If you would prefer to email us, please do so at info@chaletcosmetics.com.

Unfortunately any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Chalet Cosmetics.

Shipping fees are only refundable when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Chalet Cosmetics or damaged. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.

We ask you to please return your items via UPS or insured parcel post. Should your return be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please note that all returns must be sent to Chalet Cosmetics and not your local Chalet Cosmetics retailer. Any items returned to your local retailer cannot be accepted.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your account. If you wish to inquire about your return, please call us at (210) 829-7700.
